Baron of Darkblood's mansion is located at the end of a gloomy and perpetually foggy cul-de-sac lined with twisted trees. It is said to be uninhabited ever since a tragedy long-forgotten from even the oldest of Laelithians, but everyone agrees its owner to be a mysterious Baron, all at once very real but invisible, whose mere mention makes the bravest should shudder. On some nights, pale gleams filter between the disjointed planks of the first floor, where the old reception room used to be.
