It is a commercial warehouse, a place for storing and processing raw materials intended for the production of the intoxicating and subtle nectars of the neighboring Distillery.

The Stock of Raw Material is a robust building, built of cut stones, with large solid wood doors and high windows, allowing light to penetrate and illuminate the interior. Inside, the air is charged with the smell of cereals, fruits, and spices that are stored in large quantities, waiting for their transformation.

This is where the raw materials arrive, by boat or by caravan, before being sorted, cleaned, and prepared for distillation. The workers, dressed in leather aprons, bustle in an incessant ballet, carrying bags of grains, crates of fruits, and barrels of spices.
