Located on The Prosperity Terrace, in the residential district of Vertige, the Saffron Guardhouse is a symbol of security and vigilance. Occupying a strategic position on the Zyglute Square, this imposing military building watches over the tranquility of the residents and merchants of the Terrace.

The Saffron Guardhouse is a robust and austere building, constructed in ochre stones, which contrasts with the surrounding commercial hustle and bustle. Its architecture is typical of the military constructions of Laelith, with thick Walls, narrow loopholes, and a tall watchtower that offers a breathtaking view of the Terrace and its surroundings.

Inside, the reception room is separated by a large counter and a railing, limiting access to the other rooms. An Ogul and two guards are permanently there, ready to respond to the needs of the residents. The Duty Room is used to collect taxes from conscientious taxpayers, but can also become an interrogation room if needed. The kitchen, on the other hand, allows the duty guards to prepare meals.
