The Penitents of the Two Sisters form a Brotherhood of religious inspiration that tries to redeem the faults of its members by welcoming new castaways in the Punishment. A blanket, an old crust of bread, and survival advice, that's what one can expect from an encounter with this ragged order whose faithfuls wander along the ladders of the Terrace in search of poor souls to rescue. Serving a semblance of Popular Soup at the four corners of the neighborhood, the Two Sisters maintain a presence near the Fevers Tree.
