College of Transmuters
Nestled in the heart of the Mages Peaks, the College of Transmuters is an architectural curiosity. It is a troglodyte dwelling, carved directly into the side of one of the extinct volcanoes that dominate the plateau. The entrance to the cave, adorned with esoteric symbols carved into the rock, opens onto a vast hall with Walls of raw stone.
The College of Transmuters is the residence and study place of mages specializing in the art of transmutation. These individuals, reclusive in their rooms carved directly into the rock, spend their time studying the mysteries of matter and experimenting with new magical formulas. Their knowledge is highly coveted, and apprentice mages flock from all over the world to benefit from their teaching.
The College has an impressive Library, filled with ancient grimoires and rare scrolls. In the depths of the cave, there are also laboratories where the mages conduct their experiments, as well as a common room where they gather to exchange and debate.
Despite its austere appearance, the College of Transmuters is a place of knowledge and creativity. It is a place where magic is omnipresent, where ideas fly and where the limits of reality are constantly pushed back. It is a place that perfectly embodies the spirit of the Mages Peaks: mysterious, fascinating, and imbued with magic.
