Mori-Oussev House

The Meuri-Oussev House is a private building located in the Killhem Tree Impasse, at the heart of The Remembrance Workshops, on The Terrace of the Hand That Crafts in Laelith. This dwelling with its unique architecture evokes a bygone era, with its white stone walls and pointed arch windows.

The main entrance is guarded by a massive wooden gate reinforced with wrought iron, which opens onto a paved inner courtyard. Inside, the rooms are arranged around a central spiral staircase, which serves the different levels of the house. The ground floor houses a dining room, a Library-office and a well-equipped kitchen, while the upper floor includes several bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

The house is inhabited by Polierda Mori-Oussev, a cantankerous old woman, her son Beurémont, a simple-minded man, and Athanase, their handyman. Polierda is known for her low-level trafficking and her participation in the Garden Gleaners Guild.

The Meuri-Oussev House is a place full of stories and secrets, and despite its austere appearance, it is an essential element of the landscape of The Remembrance Workshops.
