====== The Inner Council ======

The Inner Council is a prestigious official building located on the High Terrace of Laelith, specifically in the Arts district on Silky Duds Plaza. This building stands out for its refined architecture, a harmonious balance of grandeur and elegance. Its white stone walls, adorned with delicate frescoes, contrast with the dark slate roofs, giving the whole an appearance that is both solemn and welcoming.

The façade of the Inner Council is a work of art in itself, with its sculpted columns and bas-reliefs depicting mythological scenes. The main entrance, topped with a pediment adorned with a golden frieze, opens onto a grand hall where the meetings of the Council are held.
