The Inner Council is a prestigious official building located on The High Terrace of Laelith, more specifically in the Arts district, at the address of the Silky Duds Plaza. This imposing building stands out for its refined architecture, a harmonious blend of grandeur and elegance. Its white stone walls, adorned with delicate frescoes, contrast with the dark slate roofs, giving the whole a solemn yet welcoming aspect.

The facade of the Inner Council is a work of art in itself, with its sculpted columns and bas-reliefs depicting mythological scenes. The main entrance, topped by a pediment adorned with a golden frieze, opens onto a large hall where the meetings of the Council are held.
