 This district gets its name from the old stables that once existed here, before the establishment of the Military Quarters and the construction of the Hippodrome on the edge of the city. This is still evidenced by the names of some of the roads that border it, such as Horses Street or Hoof Ladder. This is where the few places easily accessible by horse for travelers and merchants arriving via the Caravans Roadway and the Old Ages Gate are located.
