To the northeast of The Mist, a white shroud engulfs the buildings of Low Ceiling Stratus. The gaze of the walker can only reach about twenty meters on sunny days, and one can easily get lost in the meandering mists in the darkness of night. Like in a dream, the sounds are muffled, voices fade away, and a feeling of solitude overwhelms the walkers. Surprisingly, even though the place would be conducive to ambushes, no sense of insecurity is felt here, as if the fog keeps the wrongdoers away by whispering unspeakable threats to them.

In this milky haze, several places patiently await restless minds. The neighborhood is a reflection of its Bilgearre University and the Museum attached to it, where students delve into the “bizarre”, pushing their minds to strange places, thinking and loving what no one else would have thought of. But many other places populate these Nebulas, and it is certain that one will come across unsuspected shops there.
