 Long ancient ramparts, the Walls, separate the southern part of the Mist from the Prosperity. Along these fortifications, the Upper Gardens form a magnificent park where everyone loves to come in the morning. It is both a place of relaxation for scholars taking a break from their quest for knowledge, and a frenetic space for hordes of students who come and go with their arms full of scrolls amidst professors, scholars, and officials.
