+====== The Divine-Royal Academy of Fine Arts ======
 +
+Of all the sovereigns who have successively put on the clothes of the God-King, Nadayat the Precious was undoubtedly the most sensitive to artistic virtues. This hedonistic esthete granted to the academy, by the so-called charter of the Magnificent Convention, "the inalienable right to establish at n° 25 on Paladins Stepperstreet an establishment dedicated to the study, practice and promotion of the arts". The divine monarch financed with his own money the erection of the three buildings which to this day house the headquarters of this institution, and granted it regular income from various taxes.

 +
+In addition to teaching these disciplines, the academy strives to encourage the practice and representation of all the arts without distinction, through various antennas in each terrace. The academy is also responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Great Divine-Royal Theater. As such, it benefits from all the revenue generated by its performances and the sale of various derivative products, mainly on the Grand Market.
 +
+Such prestigious origins and missions attract many students from sometimes far away lands. It is also customary for the elite of the clergy of the Holy City to send their descendants for a few years to the academy to do their humanities there. The price of the courses varies from simple to sixfold according to the fortune of the family.
 +
+Part of the income generated by the courses feeds a fund intended to finance a system of scholarships obeying strict rules, fixed by the Magnificent Convention. These scholarships are only granted to women, who compensate with talent the lack of resources of their families. Another clause of the Magnificent Convention stipulates that the staff of the academy must be exclusively female, with the exception of the teaching staff, indifferently composed of representatives of either sex.
