There are all kinds of criminal gangs, some of which are made up of very young members, such as the formidable gang of Bakers Ladder Irregulars. The kids who make up this gang are aged 10 to 16 and often live on the streets, sleeping under porches or in a few shelters in the neighborhood. They can be a valuable source of information about the underbelly of the Terrace, for those who know how to win them over.
