+The Prosperity terrace is a strange melting pot where enterprising shopkeepers,  masters of plunder and emissaries from neighboring provinces make up an improbable broth, ready to overflow at any time. This frenetic and colorful district is the commercial center of Laelith. This is where all the merchants and caravanners who come to the Holy city on business inevitably end up.

+Its alleys are infested with beggars and purse cutters, but their ardor is nothing compared to the dedication of the tax collectors who insist on levying the //God-King's dues// on all commercial transactions concluded within the city's confines.
