In the heart of The Terrace of the Punishment, in the district of Temple of the Elders, stands an unusual building: The Mill. It is a place of relentless work, where mushroom flour is produced day and night, supplying the bakers of the neighborhood despite the cursed atmosphere that reigns there.

Because at Le Moulin, there is no wind or Rivulet to turn the millstones. It is an army of undead and skeletons who have sold themselves to the Miller to erase the debts they had incurred in their lifetime. No one dares to speak of these convicts except on the Day of Ashes. On that day, the wheel of Le Moulin comes to a halt and the dead are carried in triumph to their former homes where they share a meal with the residents and their families.
