In the heart of The Reconquest district, on the cursed Terrace of Châtiment, stands proudly The Astoria. This building is a symbol of Nin I's will to rehabilitate this once neglected neighborhood.

The Astoria is a two-story dwelling, built with stones sanctified by the four temples, which seem to have tamed the madness of the Terrace. The facade, of immaculate white, contrasts strongly with the dark and chaotic walls of the Châtiment. Delicate sculptures adorn the window ledges and the door lintel, adding a touch of elegance to this robust construction.

Inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and bathed in light, thanks to the large windows that offer a breathtaking view of the neighborhood in full transformation. A spiral staircase, carved from the noblest wood, leads to the upstairs bedrooms.

The Astoria is more than just a dwelling, it's a symbol of hope and renewal for the inhabitants of the Châtiment. It's proof that even in the darkest and most chaotic places, it's possible to find beauty and serenity.
