Located near the Utruz Village to the southeast of the City, this old neighborhood outside the walls is now devastated and practically emptied of its inhabitants. It was so often attacked in the past during the wild incursions of the southern tribes that the walls of the houses remain stained by the soot of the fires that ravaged them. It is a neighborhood that deserves to be rehabilitated and to become one of the suburbs of the City: it would, for example, allow the outcasts of the Destitution Gardens to be housed.
