It is the renowned abode of the esteemed puppeteer, Garnulf the Grey, and is owned by the eccentric and flamboyant Ser Lootbag.
The exterior of The Flying Puppet is adorned with colorful murals depicting scenes from Garnulf's most famous puppet shows. The building stands out among its neighbors with its whimsical architecture and intricate wooden carvings of puppets that adorn the windows and balconies.
