This neighborhood located between the Destitution Gardens and the Bird was a sort of wasteland until the advent of Nin I and the launch of the new God-King's first major works. The decision to build new residences there seemed excellent: the population of Laelith is expanding and it needs to be housed! But apparently, no one thought that renting or selling houses a few steps from the Destitution Gardens might pose a few trust issues…

This became apparent as soon as the first phases of construction were completed. That's when some wealthy philanthropists proposed to participate in the operation, but to provide affordable housing for the inhabitants of the Destitution Gardens! Once these “Gardeners” housed, the operation would continue on to the neglected part of the Gardens and clean up the neighborhood!

A clever solution for a delicate problem… But some pessimists find it a bit too good to be reliable.
