The Mauryoussef House is a private building located on the Terrace of the Hand That Crafts, in the lively district of The Remembrance Workshops in Laelith. It is the last of the three homes designed by Mayelle of Harmond, a renowned architect. Although smaller than the other two, it stands out for several features: two dormer windows on the roof, an elegant mosaic frieze on the facade, a recessed area of land surrounding the entire house, but most notably a main entrance without its access bridge, two other entrances walled up for unknown reasons, and ultimately, a single access in the basement.

This house is inhabited by two elderly people, the last holders of the title that brought glory to the dynasty: Stangold and Elina of Mauryoussef live there as recluses, never leaving their home and refusing to receive visitors. Their loyal butler, Berdalt, a former mercenary, is the only one who regularly goes out to do the shopping and feed the cat of the Killhem Tree, Padlalu.

The Mauryoussef House thus remains shrouded in mysteries, adding frequent rumors to the lively atmosphere of The Remembrance Workshops district.
