It is accessed solely by the first floor via a covered and raised walkway connected to Fanrod's Residence. Bonus that one will only receive upon arrival at their destination, because Fanrod's contracts stipulate that at the end of their mission, one must imperatively leave the Holy City and settle at least ten days on horseback away from its ramparts.
