The Royal Nest is an imposing military building located in the Arts district, on The High Terrace of Laelith. Despite its location in the heart of the bohemian district, it exudes an aura of rigor and discipline, contrasting with the joyful carefreeness of the surrounding streets.

This black granite building, with austere lines and small windows, rises over two floors. Its flat roof is often The Theatre of military exercises, giving the residents of the district a glimpse of the soldiers' preparation. The Royal Nest houses the Barracks of the elite of the Protectors of The Holy City, elite soldiers dedicated to the protection of the God-King.

At the back of the building, there are immaculate stables where the mounts of The Cavalry are housed. Recently, two camel units have been added, creating some tension with the traditional horsemen.

The Royal Nest is also the residence of senior officers and captains of the Laelithian fleet. Their apartments, located on a promontory offering a breathtaking view of the lake, are luxurious and comfortable resting places.
