Aquamarine Guardhouse

The Aquamarine Guardhouse, located in The Lakepoint district on The Lakeshoe Terrace, is an imposing military building. This robust structure, built from grey stones, stands proudly by the water's edge, overseeing the comings and goings of ships and passersby.

On the ground floor, the reception room is the first point of contact for visitors. Behind a large counter, an Ogul and two guards are always present, ready to respond to requests and ensure security. Next to it, the Duty Room is used to collect taxes from conscientious taxpayers and can also serve as an interrogation room if needed. A functional kitchen allows the guards to prepare meals for themselves and for any potential prisoners.

The first floor houses a weapons room where the guards train in weapon handling and boxing. The infirmary, equipped to treat minor injuries, and a “luxury” jail for high-profile prisoners are also located on this floor. The office of the Rahel, the Chief of the post, is a comfortable room where important decisions are made.

The Aquamarine Guardhouse is an essential place for the security of The Lakeshoe. It is a symbol of order and law in this bustling district, a bulwark against threats and a refuge for those seeking protection.
