This restaurant is the main competitor of the Brizure establishments. It gets its fish thanks to a clever but complex mechanism of fishing rods overlooking the Inlam.

One summer, this too elaborate system of pulleys seized up and the boss had to scramble and buy his fish from the Lakeshoe. The fish was not fresh; the result: twelve food poisonings, one of which turned out to be fatal.

The restaurant lost its license and only regained it on the condition of cooking steamed vegetables exclusively. Today, it has almost regained its status, but its fishing authorization is precarious.
