This neighborhood is the spiritual counterpart to the Study. Rationality gives way to mysticism. In its ladders, one can find lost visionaries, sincere believers, and illusionists out to deceive pilgrims. The majority of the neighborhood is occupied by the imposing circular silhouette of the Temple of the Mist, which overlooks the university below. All aerial cults are worshiped there. The ceremonies even spill out of the Temple itself, transforming the alleyways into open-air Chapels and enticing passersby to participate in the services.

The Holy Faith Library stands next to the building, drawing religious individuals with its thousands of documents from various origins and confessions. Without a doubt, the origins of every religion, cult, and mystical school of thought must be hidden within its endless shelves. And once outside, the curious can stroll along the Foggy Promenade and savor the gentle, icy mist that tingles their skin.
