The Sleazy Boar
Located in the heart of the Quarries district, on The Prosperity Terrace, there is a unique dining establishment: “The Sleazy Boar”. Nestled at the end of a narrow alley, a stone's throw from the Stones Ladder, this ochre building, a legacy of the old quarries, stands out with its rustic facade and its sign depicting a mischievous-looking boar.
The interior of “The Sleazy Boar” is a veritable labyrinth of vaulted rooms and winding corridors, lit by lanterns with dimmed lights. The Walls of raw stone, adorned with hunting trophies and old quarry tools, bear witness to the history of the district. The solid wood tables, sturdy chairs, and tin counter give it a warm and friendly atmosphere.
It is a meeting place for the artisans of the Great Emporium, traders, and passing pilgrims, who come to savor the local specialties, such as boar stew or mushroom pie. The “The Sleazy Boar” is also renowned for its craft beer, brewed on site and served fresh in stoneware mugs.
Despite its enigmatic name, “The Sleazy Boar” is a must-visit place in The Prosperity, a haven of conviviality and indulgence in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Laelith.
