Camp Uhain Highseer

The Camp Uhain Highseer, also known as the Camp of the Long Forbearance, is a unique district of Laelith. Located at the top of Vorn's Cliff, it serves as a reception point for newcomers, offering temporary shelter before they enter the cosmopolitan city.

The entrance to the camp is marked by two imposing statues of winged lions, announcing the grandeur and diversity of the city that awaits behind its Walls. The camp stretches over a vast expanse at the foot of the walls, a field of tents and precarious huts, their torn canvas testifying to the difficulties of daily life. Despite the debris littering the ground, the atmosphere is friendly, with campfires gathering individuals of all backgrounds to share news and food.

At the heart of the camp is a dispensary where representatives of the four temples of Laelith provide care for the injured and sick. The camp is run by the Sévère Prévôt, assisted by four assessors, who regularly organize clean-ups to maintain a semblance of order.

Not far from the camp, the suburb of the Malvenus welcomes those who have been turned away from the Holy City. Here, half-orcs have established a separate community, living a harsh but solidary life. The Camp Uhain Highseer is a true microcosm of Laelith, a glimpse of life in this bustling and diverse city.
