| Formerly located near the Lazaret, the caravanserai is now installed outside the walls, north of the Barracks of the Corps of Protectors of the Holy City. It is a multi-functional building: a stop for caravaneers traveling the convoy route that serves the north shore of Lake Altalith; care for riding and pack animals; Warehouses for temporary or medium-term storage; an inn for travelers with Dormitories and individual rooms; a place for recording incoming or outgoing goods; Offices for currency exchange; interpreter services; etc. The surroundings are always crowded and a nomadic camp permanently borders the site with its tents and yurts intended to accommodate all those who cannot find accommodation within the walls. | Formerly located near the Lazaret, the caravanserai is now situated outside the city walls, to the north of the barracks of the Corps of Protectors of the Holy City.
